I have been carving wood and stone for 20 years and have worked with different community groups on a wide range of art projects.
I have also travelled with street theatre grops and taught part-time art and woodcarving for 14 years, whilst working on my own sculpture. I feel the process of developing an idea into 3D form is both meditative and satisfying. I am particularly interested in the permanence of stone carving since the process has change little since before Medieval Times.
